Using Zoom with StageLink

StageLink can create Zoom meetings directly from your show calendar. Meetings are created on your own Zoom account, and StageLink can only create and delete meetings — it never reads your existing meetings, recordings, contacts, chats, or profile.

Create a Zoom meeting

Open Calendar → Create → Meeting.
Click Add conferencing → Zoom.
The first time, click Connect Zoom and approve the single permission (create and delete meetings).
Save. The Zoom link is created on your own Zoom account.

Use a meeting

Open the event and click Join Zoom meeting. Deleting the event also deletes the Zoom meeting.

Remove a meeting or disconnect

Before saving an event: click the X on the Zoom chip to remove conferencing.
To disconnect Zoom from StageLink: Settings → Account → Zoom → Disconnect.
From Zoom's side: you can uninstall StageLink under Installed Apps in the Zoom Marketplace.

Trouble connecting?

If Zoom won't connect, allow the popup in your browser and try again. If Zoom is missing from the menu, it isn't enabled for your workspace yet — visit our support page and we'll help.
