Privacy Policy

• Your name and email address.
• Your Google account ID and encrypted Google access tokens.
• Session records, including IP address and browser information.
• Mail you send through StageLink.
• Show details, calendar events, meetings, and tasks that you create in StageLink.
• If you connect Zoom: encrypted Zoom tokens, plus the meeting ID and join link of each meeting created through StageLink.

We use this data to sign you in, connect your Gmail and Google Calendar, and to create or delete Zoom meetings when you ask us to. That's it.

We do not sell your data, show you ads, or use third-party analytics. Your data is only processed by the providers needed to run the service: Google, Zoom (if you connect it), Amazon Web Services, and our hosting provider.

StageLink can only create and delete Zoom meetings on your behalf. It does not read your existing meetings, recordings, contacts, chats, or profile.

We keep your data while your account is open. Disconnecting Google or Zoom deletes the stored tokens immediately. To delete your account, email us and we'll take care of it.

You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to processing, portability, and withdrawal of permissions at any time. Email booking@queermusic.agency from the address on your account and we aim to reply within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

StageLink's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
