By creating an account or using StageLink, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

StageLink is a workspace for independent artists to manage their bookings: finding venues, pitching promoters, routing tours, sending contracts, and related tools. It is operated by the team behind queermusic.agency.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use StageLink. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You own your content. Anything you create or upload to StageLink — show details, contacts, contracts, emails — remains yours. You grant us only the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.

You agree not to misuse StageLink: no unlawful activity, no spam, no attempting to access other users' data, and no interfering with the service's operation.

StageLink integrates with third-party services such as Google and Zoom. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

StageLink is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular booking outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StageLink and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that could harm other users or us. You may stop using StageLink at any time and request account deletion by emailing us.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you through the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
